Dynamic Pacer is a dynamic gait trainer designed to follow the user's movements and support an ergonomic walking pattern. The center column can be adjusted in height with a gas spring and at the same time helps with an upright standing position, so it is adapted to individual needs. The dynamic upper frame system allows for vertical movement of 8 cm and horizontal movement of 5 cm during walking, which supports a natural and efficient gait pattern. Distance meter records the therapy progress, while directional stabilizers help walk straight. The multifunctional upper body support can be adjusted in depth, height and angle, and the multi-positioning saddle quickly follows the movements of the pelvis and relieves some of the body weight.
The upper frame in sizes 2 and 3 can be removed from the standard chassis and mounted on the combination chassis, which provides extra flexibility. Smooth-running wheels with drag brakes, roll-back stops, parking brakes and directional stabilizer make the trainer mobile and easy to use. The light and stable construction combined with padded forearm supports provides extra safety and comfort. All adjustments can be made without the use of tools, making it easy to adapt the trainer precisely to the user's needs.
