In this category you will find, among other things, our pedal trainer, which can be used for light training and exercise at home. A pedal trainer allows you to train both arms and legs and can be used while sitting, so that training can easily be fitted into everyday life.
The pedal trainer can be relevant for light exercise, rehabilitation or maintaining mobility, among other things. The resistance can be adjusted manually, so the training can be adapted to the user's individual level and needs.

An assistive device doesn't have to be large or sophisticated to make a difference. For some, it's about getting support for daily activities, while for others it may be important to be able to keep the body moving in a simple and controlled way.
With a pedal trainer, you can train at home from a regular chair. When used for the legs, it is placed on the floor in front of the chair, while when training the arms, it can be placed on a stable surface. This makes it a flexible aid that does not require much space.
The pedals have adjustable straps that help keep your feet or hands in place during your workout. The resistance can also be adjusted, allowing you to decide how easy or challenging the movement should be.
